Description
This is a python open-source package that allows researchers to implement clustering algorithms in the temporal dimension of fMRI data. By employing these pipelines, researchers can uncover meaningful patterns in neural activity, shedding light on how different brain regions organize their responses over time.
Relevant information
This toolbox uses nibabel, nilearn to read fMRI, as well as the clustering algorithms from scikit-learn and scipy.

Description
This repository contains all the information and code that will be used for the meta-analysis that will be conducted by Batinović et al., 2026. The aim of the study is to investigate if short-term and working memory abilities exhibit a developmentally delayed or developmentally different pattern in children with ID. This will be done by an overall analysis and subgroup analyses based on type of memory (short-term or working memory), aetiology of ID (familial or organic). In addition, the overall analysis will also be repeated with level of IQ as a moderator.
Relevant information
This code uses RMA r-library for moderator analyses, multi-level meta analyses and equivalence testing
